These Provider Registration Terms & Conditions (“Provider Terms”) govern the registration and use of the PickzIt platform by businesses, professionals, institutes and other service providers (“Provider”, “you” or “your”).
By registering as a Provider on PickzIt, submitting a provider profile, or using any provider functionality of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Provider Terms, together with the PickzIt Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not register or maintain a Provider profile on PickzIt.
1. About PickzIt
PickzIt is a platform designed to help users discover, search, filter and compare service providers in Cyprus.
PickzIt allows Providers to create profiles containing information about their business or professional services and allows users to discover Providers based on categories, services, location, availability, pricing and other information.
PickzIt is not generally the provider of the services advertised on the Platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, PickzIt does not act as the Provider’s agent, representative, employer, partner or contractor.
The agreement for the provision of any service is generally between the Provider and the customer.
2. Eligibility to Register
To register as a Provider, you must:
- be legally entitled to provide the services you advertise;
- provide accurate and truthful information;
- comply with all applicable laws, regulations and professional requirements;
- have any licences, permits, registrations, qualifications or authorisations required for your services;
- be authorised to act on behalf of the business or organisation if registering a business or organisation;
- be at least 18 years old, unless PickzIt expressly permits otherwise.
If you register on behalf of a company, institute, organisation or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Provider Terms on its behalf.
PickzIt may request additional information where reasonably necessary to establish the identity, authority or legitimacy of a Provider.
3. Provider Registration
Provider registration may be free of charge unless otherwise stated.
During registration, you may be required to provide information including, where applicable:
- Provider or business name;
- logo or profile image;
- telephone number;
- email address;
- business or professional category;
- services offered;
- location and/or address;
- whether services are provided online, privately or in groups/classes;
- age groups or levels served;
- pricing information;
- photographs and other profile content;
- professional qualifications, licences or registrations where relevant;
- other information reasonably required to create and maintain an accurate profile.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to PickzIt is complete, accurate and up to date.
4. Accuracy of Provider Information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information contained in your Provider profile.
You must not:
- provide false, misleading or materially incomplete information;
- advertise services that you do not actually provide;
- make claims that you cannot reasonably substantiate;
- misrepresent your qualifications, experience, licences, registrations or professional status;
- advertise prices that are misleading or materially different from the price normally charged;
- use another person’s identity or business information without authorisation;
- upload photographs, logos or other content that you do not have the right to use.
You must promptly update your profile when information changes, including changes to services, pricing, location, availability, contact details, qualifications or other material information.
5. Professional Qualifications, Licences and Legal Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold all qualifications, licences, registrations, permits, insurance and other authorisations required to provide your advertised services. Where applicable, you should clearly indicate relevant professional qualifications, licences or registrations in your profile.
PickzIt may request supporting information or documentation where reasonably necessary. The presence of a qualification, licence or other information on a Provider profile does not mean that PickzIt guarantees, certifies or endorses the Provider or the validity of the information. Providers remain responsible for complying with all laws and professional standards applicable to their activities.
6. Provider Verification
PickzIt may conduct checks on Provider profiles and information.
Such checks may include:
- contacting the Provider;
- reviewing information submitted by the Provider;
- checking publicly available information;
- requesting supporting documentation;
- reviewing complaints or reports concerning a Provider;
- checking whether profile information appears consistent and complete.
Where PickzIt indicates that a Provider or profile has been “verified”, this should not be interpreted as a certification, guarantee, accreditation or endorsement of the Provider. Verification does not guarantee:
- the quality of services;
- the accuracy of every statement made by the Provider;
- the Provider’s qualifications or experience beyond the scope of the particular check;
- the safety or suitability of the services;
- compliance with every applicable legal or professional requirement;
- customer satisfaction.
PickzIt may remove or change a verification status where information can no longer be confirmed or where circumstances change.
7. Provider Profile and Public Information
Information submitted for publication on your Provider profile may be visible to members of the public.
This may include, depending on the information you choose or are required to provide:
- Provider/business name;
- logo and photographs;
- description;
- services;
- location;
- contact information;
- pricing;
- availability;
- service format;
- qualifications or professional information;
- customer reviews.
Providers should carefully consider what personal information they submit for public display. Individual professionals may have options regarding the visibility of their address where such options are provided by PickzIt.
8. Contact Requests from Users
PickzIt may provide functionality allowing users to contact Providers.
When a user submits an enquiry to a Provider, information provided by the user may be shared with the relevant Provider for the purpose of responding to the enquiry.
Providers agree to use such information responsibly and only for legitimate purposes connected with the user’s enquiry or the provision of requested services.
Providers must not:
- sell or transfer user contact information;
- use contact information for unrelated purposes;
- send excessive or unsolicited communications;
- misuse personal information received through PickzIt;
- retain personal information for longer than reasonably necessary.
Providers are responsible for complying with applicable data-protection and electronic- communications laws when communicating with users.
9. Customer Relationships
PickzIt facilitates discovery and contact between users and Providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, PickzIt is not a party to the agreement between a Provider and a customer.
Providers are responsible for:
- communicating with customers;
- confirming availability;
- confirming prices and payment terms;
- delivering the advertised services;
- providing appropriate customer support;
- managing cancellations and refunds;
- complying with applicable consumer-protection requirements;
- resolving disputes concerning their services.
PickzIt does not guarantee that enquiries will result in bookings, customers, sales or revenue.
10. Pricing
Providers may display prices according to the options available on the Platform, including prices per:
- month;
- hour;
- lesson or session;
- package;
- or “upon request”.
Providers must make reasonable efforts to ensure that displayed pricing is accurate and not misleading.
If additional charges, conditions, minimum commitments, registration fees, materials fees or other costs apply, these should be clearly communicated to customers.
Users should be informed of the final price and applicable terms before purchasing a service.
11. Provider Content
You retain ownership of content that you submit to PickzIt, including:
- photographs;
- logos;
- descriptions;
- text;
- videos;
- service information;
- other materials uploaded to your profile.
By submitting content to PickzIt, you grant PickzIt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format, adapt where technically necessary, and use that content for the operation, promotion and marketing of the Platform.
This licence continues for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and may continue for archived, backup or promotional materials created while the content was available.
You confirm that:
- you own or have permission to use the content;
- the content does not infringe another person’s intellectual-property rights;
- the content does not unlawfully disclose another person’s personal information;
- the content complies with applicable laws and these Provider Terms.
12. Photographs, Logos and Images
Providers must only upload photographs, logos and other visual material that they are authorised to use.
Where photographs contain identifiable individuals, Providers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary permissions or other lawful basis for using and publishing those photographs.
Providers should take particular care when photographs contain children or other individuals who may require additional protection.
PickzIt may refuse or remove visual content that appears inappropriate, misleading, unlawful or inconsistent with the Platform.
13. Reviews and Ratings
PickzIt may allow users to leave reviews or ratings concerning Providers.
Providers must not:

Providers must not submit reviews about themselves or competing Providers.
PickzIt may review, moderate or remove reviews that appear to violate its policies or applicable law.
Providers may report reviews that they believe are fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, unlawful or otherwise in breach of the Platform’s rules.
PickzIt does not guarantee that every review reflects an objectively verified customer experience.
14. Communication and Conduct
Providers must communicate with users professionally and lawfully.
Providers must not use the Platform to:
- harass, threaten or abuse users;
- discriminate unlawfully;
- distribute malicious software;
- send spam;
- engage in fraudulent activity;
- promote unlawful services;
- collect personal information unnecessarily;
- redirect users to unsafe or deceptive websites;
- interfere with the operation of PickzIt.
PickzIt may investigate reports concerning Provider conduct.
15. Premium and Featured Services
PickzIt may offer Providers optional paid services, including Premium memberships, Featured listings, enhanced visibility or other promotional features.
The applicable price, duration, benefits and conditions will be communicated before purchase. Premium and Featured services may provide enhanced visibility or functionality but do not constitute an endorsement, accreditation or guarantee of the Provider.
PickzIt does not guarantee that Premium or Featured services will result in:
- a particular number of views;
- enquiries;
- bookings;
- customers;
- sales;
- revenue.
Paid promotional placement does not relieve a Provider of any responsibility under these Provider Terms.
16. Payments for PickzIt Services
Where PickzIt offers paid Provider services, payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Providers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to comply with the applicable payment terms.
Subscription, renewal, cancellation and refund terms applicable to a particular paid service will be presented at the time of purchase or in the applicable subscription terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, PickzIt does not process payments between Providers and their customers for the Provider’s underlying services.
17. Prohibited Services and Content

- content that infringes intellectual-property rights;
- abusive, discriminatory or threatening content;
- content that is sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate for the Platform;
- services that present unreasonable risks to users.
PickzIt reserves the right to determine whether content or services are compatible with the Platform, subject to applicable law.
18. Services Involving Children
Where Providers offer services involving children, the Provider is responsible for complying with all applicable legal and safeguarding requirements.
Providers must ensure that:
- the services are appropriate for the stated age group;
- staff or instructors meet any applicable legal requirements;
- required parental or guardian consent is obtained;
- applicable safeguarding obligations are followed;
- any personal information concerning children is handled lawfully and securely.
PickzIt does not independently certify the suitability or safety of services involving children. Providers should avoid requesting unnecessary personal information about children through PickzIt.

PickzIt may suspend, restrict, modify or remove a Provider profile where reasonably necessary, including where:
- information appears false or misleading;

- the Provider’s conduct creates a risk to users or the Platform;
- the Provider has ceased offering the advertised services;
- payment obligations relating to paid services remain unpaid;
- the Platform requires removal for legal, technical or operational reasons.
Where appropriate, PickzIt may provide the Provider with an opportunity to correct information before removing a profile.
However, PickzIt may immediately restrict or remove content where it reasonably considers this necessary to protect users, the Platform or comply with legal obligations.
20. Provider’s Right to Remove or Close a Profile
A Provider may request removal of its profile or stop using the Platform at any time, subject to any outstanding contractual or payment obligations.
Removal of a profile does not necessarily require PickzIt to immediately delete all information where retention is required for:
- legal obligations;
- accounting or tax purposes;
- dispute resolution;
- fraud prevention;
- security;
- enforcement of contractual rights;
- backups or technical purposes.
Personal data will otherwise be handled in accordance with the PickzIt Privacy Policy.

PickzIt does not guarantee:
- a minimum number of visitors;

Search results, visibility and positioning may depend on factors including relevance, user- selected filters, availability, profile completeness, Platform functionality and any applicable promotional features.
PickzIt may change how listings are displayed or ranked as the Platform develops.
22. Provider Responsibility for Services
